We are often asked to help senior managers prepare for an important presentation. We like to take a creative approach so that our clients shake off the shackles of PowerPoint and start to use their own strengths as a communicator. Often this involves getting clients to tell a compelling story. Occasionally, we are asked to deal with technical issues such as poor voice projection.
Increasingly, we are being asked to coach senior managers in a broader range of communication skills - what we call Personal Impact. This often encompasses management and leadership skills. How do you make a powerful impact on your team? How do you inspire them? Motivate them? Empower them? Some of our work in this field is traditional (eg Situational Leadership) but predominantly we use techniques and processes from the world of the theatre.
